The delicate foam invites your guest and colleagues to discover what lies beneath the surface, with a touch of lemon soda or ginger beer.


Ingredients:

• 1 Shaker

• 1 ICE INTENSO capsule

• 150 g / 5 Ice cubes

• 10 ml Tiki Syrup

• 1 Fresh lime slice

• 5 Basil leaves

• 90 ml Ginger beer or Lemon Soda

• 2 Slices of fresh ginger and 1 lime peel for garnish


1. Place one ice cube into a shaker. Brew one capsule of ICE INTENSO (40ml) over the ice cube. Stir and seal before shaking.

2. Place 4 ice cubes into a glass. Add 10 ml of Tiki syrup and squeeze in the juice of one fresh lime slice. Slap 4-5 basil leaves in your hand and add them to the glass. Pour in the ginger beer soda or lemon soda (90 ml).

3. Pour in the cold coffee, and garnish with fresh ginger slices, lime peel, and a basil leaf.

PROVENCAL ICE INTENSO LEMONADE



Serve something refreshing! Give your guest and colleagues the feel of France in this Provençal floral and citrus sparkler made with ICE INTENSO. A beautiful and refreshing layered lemonade with a touch of lavender. As they taste the delicate foam a surprising vanilla note will reveal itself.


Ingredients:

• 1 Shaker

• 1 ICE INTENSO capsule

• 150 g / 5 Ice cubes

• 100 ml Sparkling water

• 15 ml Vanilla syrup

• 1 Tsp Fresh or dried lavender

• 10ml Fresh lemon juice

• 1 Lemon slice

• 1 Sprig of fresh lavender for garnish


1. Brew a capsule of ICE INTENSO (40 ml) over 1 tsp of fresh or dried lavender, in a VIEW Recipe glass. Let it infuse for 2 minutes before straining it into a shaker and adding one ice cube. Seal the shaker and shake.

2. Add 4 ice cubes and a slice of lemon into your glass, then pour 15 ml of vanilla syrup, 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 100 ml sparkling water. Stir gently.

Pour the cold coffee on top, and garnish with a fresh sprig of lavender.
